Boneyard Beach
Big Talbot Island State Park
State Road A1A North Jacksonville, FL, FL 32226
This world is but a canvas
to our imagination."
Henry David Thoreau
This beach, a resting place for the salt-washed oaks that once stood tall on the bluff above, is a one of our favorite areas to explore. It's different every time we visit. The beach is different, and so are we.
It's a beautiful walk from the parking lot down to the beach. The mile-long stretch of beach is narrow, so visiting at low tide is advised.
