"Let food be thy medicine
and medicine be thy food."
The Ithaca Farmers Market is located in a beautiful park on the Cayuga Lake waterfront at the historic Steamboat Landing.
There are over 160 members in this co-operative farmers market, making it someplace that something for everyone.
Fresh local produce, crafts, and homemade foods, all made or produced within 30 miles, make this market a favorite place for us to visit whenever we're in the New York Finger Lakes Region.
We love walking around the market, taking in the sights, sounds, and smells, and eating lunch on the waterfront. It's such a fun place to explore.
Once, you were held. This quote, what does it mean? Does it mean you were held and loved? Does it mean you were held back but now are free? Does it mean you were held, but no longer are? Thoughts? I like to think it's a beautiful reminder that once, we were held.
