"Treat the earth well. It was not given to you by your parents, it was loaned to you by your children. We do not inherit the Earth from our Ancestors, we borrow it from our Children." Ancient Indian Proverb
The Gorge Trail leads from the parking lot, past the falls, to Mary Campbell Cave.
The first part of the trail is great for strollers and wheelchairs, but the trail becomes more challenging once you pass the cave and start to see the awesome rock ledges beyond. We especially love hiking this trail during the winter months.
The Highbridge Trail is located across the river from the Gorge Trail. There is a separate parking lot, or you can walk across the bridge to get there. The trail connects to Cascade Metro Park, home of The Indian Signal Tree. It's such a cool tree!
Here are photos from taken during several of our hikes.

The Indian Signal Tree, accessible from Gorge Metro Park, is actually part of Cascade Valley Metro Park.
